Originally from the state of Sinaloa, Jose and Blanca have lived in Puerto Peñasco for the past 13 years. They have been married for 35 years and have two adult daughters, Guadalupe and Sofia. Both daughters are married and living on their own. Over the years, Jose and Blanca concentrated their finances on providing a good education for their daughters. They were never able to earn enough to also build a home of their own. Jose works as a truck driver and can make up to $80 a week when he is busy. Blanca works part time in a local grocery store to help support their income. They have been able to purchase a land lot, but are still renting a home. A house from 1MISSION would give Jose and Blanca a secure retirement, providing a decent home of their own and the opportunity to focus their resources on their future. UPDATE: The house has been completed and the family is excited to be living in their new home!
