Disease prevention begins at home. For the past 18 years, 1MISSION has worked with families and local leaders on education, sanitation, and simple, practical health initiatives focused on disease prevention.
However, people in underserved communities often find themselves unable to access the medical treatments they require.
By expanding our disease prevention efforts to include medical clinics, our goal is to develop healthy partnerships with medical professionals and local leaders to build sustainable, community-led healthcare systems that improve access to quality care and empower individuals and families to live healthier lives with dignity.
We provide opportunities for healthcare professionals to serve at medical clinics in Puerto Peñasco, Mexico.

DAY 1 - FRIDAY
5:00 PM: Arrival and check-In at Hotel Hacienda Monarca Resort

5:30 PM: Casual dinner at a local restaurant
DAY 2 - SATURDAY
8:00 AM: Breakfast at Hotel Hacienda Monarca Resort
9:00 AM: Welcome meeting at Celebración Cristiana Comunitaria
(Ave. 66 & Callejón Alejandro Sobarzo, Puerto Peñasco, Sonora)
9:30 AM: Medical clinic begins seeing patients
12:30 PM: Lunch
4:00 PM: Clinic concludes
5:30 PM: Dinner for all medical professionals and medical students

8:00 AM: Breakfast and Departure
